ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT RESOLUTION U SUB-C HAPTER 44, THE KODIAK SECTION 6
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Sub- Chapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
resolution, which resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
easements, or other open spaces dedicated to
all streets, alleys,
public purposes, and
WHEREAS,

the same shows a
dedi-
cation by the owner of all easements for
Public utilities, road-
ways and alleys as shown thereon for public use, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on January 10, 19681
subject to approval of the acting Borough En 1
Engineer who gave his 1
written approval on January 19, 1968.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Islan
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
ST. MARY'S CATHOLIC CHURCH by JOSEPH T. RYAN, BISHOP, entitled
Kilarney Hills Subdivision a portion of Tract "R" U.S. Survey
3218, and that the Kodiak Island Borough accept all streets, alle
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as
set forth in said plat.
