THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF FIRST ADDITION AIR PARK, BLOCK ONE (1),
LOTS THIRTY -THREE (33) AND THIRTY -FOUR (34)
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Sub - Chapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
resolution, which resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys, easements, or other open spaces dedicated to
public purposes, and
WHEREAS, ROBERT E. HUBBARD and ARGO CORPORATION have
/ 1 presented for its approval a plat entitled First Addition Air Park
Block One (1) Lots Thirty -three (33) and Thirty -four (34) prepared
by G. S. BEST, Registered Land Surveyor, and the same shows a
iI dedication by the owner of all easements for public utilities,
I roadways and alleys as shown thereon for public use, and

WHEREAS, the planning and zoning commission of the

4 pproved said final plat on March 13, 1968,
and said final plat was approved by the Borough Engineer on March
20, 1968.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
ROBERT E. HUBBARD and ARGO CORPORATION entitled First Addition Air
