WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Sub Chapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions rrovides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
resolution, which resolution shall provide for acceptance of all
streets, alleys, easements, or other open spaces dedicated to
public purposes, and
WHEREAS, WAKEFIELD FISHERIES, has presented for
approval its final plat of the replat of Blocks Four (4), Five (5),
Six (6) and Fifteen (15), Port Lions, Alaska Subdivision and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved this final plat on February 7, 1968.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly P. grant approval to the final plat presented by
'WAKEFIELD FISHERIES entitled Replat Blocks Four (4),
Five (5) ,
)Six (6) and Fifteen (15), Port Lions, Alaska Subdivision and that
;the Kodiak Island Borough accept all streets, alleys, easements
and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as set forth in
said plat.
