A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 64-4:
WHEREAS, Section 7 of ORDINANCE No. 64 -4 of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat should be approved by
the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide
for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements or other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, the CORPORATION OF CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOPS has
presented for approval its final plat of Lots One (1) through Nine
(9), Block Six (6), Airpark Subdivision, U. S. Survey 1396, Third
Judicial District, State of Alaska, prepared by BARR & ASSOCIATES
dated October 2, 1966, and the same shows a dedication by the
owner of all easements for public utilities, roadways and alleys
shown thereof for public use.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented by
the CORPORATION OF CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOPS of Lots One (1) through
Nine (9), Block Six (6), Airpark Subdivision, UT. S. Survey 1396,
prepared by BARR & ASSOCIATES, dated October 2, 1966, and that the
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accept all streets, alleys, easement
and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as set forth in
said plat.
