RESOLUTION NUMBER 66 -34-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 64 -4:
WHEREAS, Section 7 of ORDINANCE No. 64 -4 of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat should be approved by
the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide
for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements or other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, ELMER and ROSALLAH JESSER have presented for
approval their final plat of Lot Thirteen -B (13 -B) through Thirtee
I (13 -I), Jesser Subdivision, U. S. Survey 3100, Third Judicial
District, State of Alaska, prepared by BARR & ASSOCIATES

, and the same shows a dedication by the
owner of all easements for public utilities, roadways and alleys
shown thereof for public use.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented by
ELMER and ROSALLAH JESSER of Lot Thirteen -B (13 -B) through Thirtee
I (13 -I), Jesser Subdivision, U. S. Survey 3100, prepared by BARR
& ASSOCIATES, Drawing No. Misc. 660722 , and that the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accepts all streets, alleys, easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as set forth in
said plat.
