A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO, SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 64 -
WHEREAS, Section 7 of ORDINANCE No. 64 - of the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH provides that a final plat should be approved by the BOROUG
ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide for the acce
tance of all streets, alleys, easements or other open spaces dedica
ted to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, ARGO CORPORATION has presented for approval its final
plat of Survey Tract Q, U.S. Survey No. 3218, prepared by G.S. BEST
dated July 14, 1966, and the same shows a dedication by the owner
of all easements for public utilities, roadways and alleys shown
thereof for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented by ARGO
CORPORATION of the Survey Tract Q, U.S. Survey No. 3218, prepared
by G.S. BEST, dated July 14, 1966, and that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accept all streets, alleys, easements and other
open spaces dedicated to public purposes as forth in said plat.
PASSED AND APPROVED this Oday of August, 1966.
