KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NUMBER 66-28-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 of ORDINANCE NUMBER 64 -
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 - of the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH provides that final plats shall be approved by the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall
provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements or
other open spaces decicated to public purposes, and'
WHEREAS, LEROYWITTICH and LOUIS IANI have presented for
approval their final plat of Tract M of U.S. Survey No. 3218,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented by LEROY
WITTICH and LOUIS IANI of Tract M of U.S. Survey No. 3218, and
that the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH accept all streets, alleys, easemen
and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes asset =forth . in
said plat.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of July, 1966.
