1966-26 Adopting 1966-67 Mill RateKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NUMBER 66 -26 -R
WHEREAS, Section 07.20.131, Alaska Statutes, provides
that the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY shall hold a hearing on the proposed
budget and capital program and after public hearing the assembly
may adopt with or without amendment the annual budget as proposed
by the Chairman, and
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
has presented a proposed budget to the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEM
ELY for their adoption and the establishment of 3.64 millS.as
a mill rate levy, on all taxable real and personal property within
the Kodiak Island Borough's corporate limits for Borough purposes
including schools in accordance with the summary of revenues antic
ipated during the Borough year of 1966 -67.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the budget for thi
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH as proposed by the Chairman, bend the same
is hereby adopted and 3.S`!' mills be and the same is hereby
established as the mill rate levy on all taxable real and personal
property within the Borough's corporate limits for all Borough
purg:.including schools in accordance with the summary of reven
ues anticipated during the budget year of 1966 -67.
