1966-21 Authorizing Economic Development Administration Approval For A Loan For Construction Of A HospitalA Resolution authorizing the filing of an application
with. the ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, U.S. Department of
Commerce, United States of America, for a Supplementary Grant,
and /or loan under the terms of Public Law 89 -136.
WHEREAS, under the terms of Public Law 89 -136, the
United States of America has authorized the making of supplementary
grants and /or loans to public bodies and private or public non-
profit organizations or associations to aid in financing the construc-
tion of specific public projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY, that WILTON T. WHITE be and he is hereby authori-
zed to execute and file an application on behalf of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH with the ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, U.S.
Department of Commerce, for a supplementary grant and /or loan to
aid in financing the construction of a twenty -six (26) bed general
hospital and necessary appurtenances.
That WILTON T. WHITE, Borough Chairman, be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, U.S.Department of Commerce,
may reasonably request in connection with the application which is
herein authorized to be filed.
