RESOLUTION NUMBER 66 -20-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 64 -4.
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 -4 of the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH provides that final plats shall be approved by the BOROUGH
ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements, or other open spaces
dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, ARGO CORPORATION has presented for approval itj
final plat of the Shahafka Acres Subdivision of U.S. Surve ,3218,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ASSEMBLY grant approval to the final plat presented by ARGO CORP-
1 ORATION of the Shahafka Acres Subdivision of U.S. Survey No. 3218,
1 and that the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accept all streets,
i alleys, easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes
as set forth in said plat.
