1966-18 - Final Plat Approval ParkerA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 64 -
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 - of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat should be approved by the
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolutim, which resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements or other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, MARION 0. PARKER has presented for approval
his final plat of the Subdivision of Lot Eighteen (18), U.S. Survey
;No. 3100, prepared by G.S. BEST, dated 4/29/66 and the same shows
a dedication by the owner of all easements for public utilities,
, roadways and alleys shown thereon for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented by
MARION 0. PARKER of the Subdivision of Lot Eighteen (18), U.S.
Survey No.3100, prepared by G.S. BEST, dated April 29, 1966, and
that the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accept all streets, alleys,
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as
set forth in said plat.
