A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK

• ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 64 -4;
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 -4 of the
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat should be approved
by the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by Resolution, which resolution shall pro-
vide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements or other
• open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, RACHEL L. ROGERS and LELAND R. FRANKLIN have
presented for approval their final plat of the Subdivision of
•Tract D of U.S. Survey No. 3218, prepared by G.S. BEST, dated
,April 28, 1966, which is a redrawing of a plat surveyed by HUGH B.
iTYLER before Ordinance no. 64 -4, was in effect, but which plat was
never recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat pr rented by
:RACHEL ROGERS and LELAND R. FRANKLIN of the Subdivision of Tract

"d" of U.S. Survey No. 3218, prepared by G.S". BEST and that the
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accept all streets, alleys, easements
and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as set forth in
said plat.
