1966-14 - Final Plat Approval SchreinerA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 64 -4:
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 -4 of the KCDIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat should be approved by
the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide
for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements or other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, JOHN SCHREINER has presented for approval his
of Lot Fourteen (14) of U.S. Survey
final plat of the Subdivision
No. 3100, prepared by JAMES R. BARR, Consulting Engineer, and
the same shows a dedication by the owners of all easements for
public utilities, roadways and alleys shown thereon for public 'use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented ::y
JOHN SCHREINER of the Subdivision of Lot Fourteen (14), U.S. Survey
No. 3100, prepared by James R. Barr, Consulting Engineer, and that'.
the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accept all streets, alleys,
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as
set forth in said plat.
