A Resolution of the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY of the KODIAK I3LA:;D
BOROUGH pursuant to Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 -
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance :To. 64 - of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements, or other open
spaces dedicated to the public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, the KODIAK ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC., has pres-
ented for approval its final plat of U.S. Survey No. 1995, designa-
ted KEA SUBDIVISION by G.S. Best, Registered Land Surveyor, dated
3/7/66 and in which survey U.S. Survey :.o. 1995 is divided into
Lots one (1) and Two (2), Block One (1) and that portion of the
Rd.
same lying S. and E. of TaguraAis shown thereon as Lot Eleven (11)
Block Two (2) of U.S. Survey No. 2537 E, and the same shows a dedi-
cation by the owner of all easements for public utilities, road-
ways and alleys shown thereon for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented
by the KODIAK ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. of U.S. Survey No. 1995,
designated as KEA SUBDIVISION by G.S. nest, Registered Land Survey-
or, dated 3/7/66, and that the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
accept all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces dedic-
ated to public purposes as set forth in said plat.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 7th day of April, 1966.
