A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH, PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 64 -4.
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 -4 of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements, or other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, RONALD FADAOFF and RUSSELL WRIGHT, have presented
for approval their final plat of Lots TwentyA(20 -A) and Twenty -one.
A (21A) of U.S. Survey No. 3101.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented by
RONALD FADAOFF and RUSSELL WRIGHT of Lots Twenty A (20 -A) and
Twenty -one A (21 -A) of U.S. Survey No. 3101, and that the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accept all streets, alleys, easements, and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as set forth in said
plat.
