A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH, PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 64 -4.
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 -4 of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide for
1 the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements, or other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, J. BRUCE SMITH has presented for approval his
final plat of the Resubdivision of Lot Eleven (11), Block Three (3)
Kodiak Townsite.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented by
J. BRUCE SMITH of the Resubdivision of Lot Eleven (11), Block Three
(3), Kodiak Townsite, and that the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
accept all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces dedica-
ted to public purposes as set forth in said plat.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of February, 1966.
