RESOLUTION NUMBER 66 -,:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH, PURSUANT TO SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 64 -4.
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 64 -4 of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH provides that a final plat shall be approved by the ,
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY by resolution, which resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements, or other open
spaces dedicated to the public purposes, and,
WHEREAS, BEA NACHTWEIH has presented for approval her
final plat of a portion of U.S. Survey No. 1682, designated as
Woodland Acres Subdivision, Block One (1).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH ASSEMBLY grant its approval to the final plat presented
by BEA NACHTWEIH of a portion of U.S. Survey No. 1682, referred to
as Woodland Acres Subdivision, Block One (1), and that the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY accept all streets, alleys, easements and
otherepen spaces dedicated to public purposes as set forth in said
plat.
This acceptance however, is subject to the condition that
the Planning and Zoning requirements for subdivisions relating to
or
water and sewer must be adhered toAthe required bond posted in lieu,
thereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this seventh day of January, 1966.
