I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Assemblyman Anderson at
7:10 P.M. in the Borough Conference Room.

Mr. Murray moved to excuse the absent members. Seconded by Mr. White.
Unanimous voice vote.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
1. Res. 81 -36 -R, awarding the bid on Main Elementary School Construction.
Mr. Murray moved to adopt Resolution No. 81 -36 -R. Seconded by Mr. White.
Mr. Murray moved to amend that Alternate 2 be accomplished only after
approval from the Borough Manager. Seconded by Mr. Arndt. Amendment
carried by unanimous roll call vote.
Main motion as amended carried by unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM.
