KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH SPECIAL ASSEMBLY MEETING - April 22, 1981

I CALL TO ORDER
ATTEST:
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ogg in the Borough
Assembly Chambers.

A quorum was established.
Absent
Mr. Arndt (excused)
Mr. Peotter (excused)
Mr. Murray moved to excuse Mr. Arndt and Mr. Peotter. Seconded by
Mr. Wakefield. Motion carried with no objection.
III ITEM OF BUSINESS
1. Offering a Contract to a Manager Candidate
Mr. Anderson moved to accept the contract as written. Seconded
by Mr. Herrnsteen.
Mr. Murray moved to amend following item 16 the signature to be
that of the Mayor and not the Assemblymen. Seconded by Mr. White.
Amendment carried by unanimous voice vote.
Main motion as amended carried by unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ogg adjourned the meeting at 7:35 PM.
