I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ogg at 7:00 P.M. in the
Borough Assembly Chambers.

Mr. Arndt (arrived 7:05 PM) Mr. Wakefield (excused - weather)
Mr. Herrnsteen
Mr. Peotter
Mr. Wakefield

Mr. Peotter moved to excuse Mr. Murray and Mr. Wakefield.
Seconded by Mr. Herrnsteen. No objection.
A quorum was established.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
A. Re: Hospital Roof
Mr. Peotter moved to allow the Manager to proceed with the project with
Haig - Bettis providing there are no legal hitches in extension of the
contract in the amount of $32,479. Seconded by Mr. Anderson.
Motion carried with unanimous voice vote.
B. Conference Room Use
No Action Taken.
C. Manager Applicants
No Action Taken.
III ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ogg Adjourned the Special Meeting at 8:05 PM.
