KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY SPECIAL MEETING, DECEMBER 23, 1977
I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Wallin in the Borough
Meeting Room at 12:05 P.M.

Mrs. Sandra Kavanaugh (excused - -work)
Mr. James Peotter
Mrs. Marlene Wasson

A quorum was established.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
Mayor Wallin called an executive session on personnel matters.
Staff was excused.
Meeting reconvened in regular session at 1:15 P.M.
1. Authorization of Relocation Expenses for Borough Engineer.
Mr. Peotter moved for approval of authorization of relocation
expenses for the borough engineer. Seconded by Mr. Jack. The
chair declared the motion carried by unanimous consent.
2. Expenditures. Mr. Peotter moved to take this item up at the
January meeting to be preceded by a work session. Seconded by
Mr. Jack. Hearing no objection, the chair declared the motion
carried by unanimous consent.
IV ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 1:20 P.M.
