I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Betty Wallin in the Borough
Meeting Room at 12:15 P.M.

A quorum was established.
ITEM OF BUSINESS
A. Resolution #77 -67 -R Designating Borough Administrative Officer to
Act in the Manager's Absence, A.S. 29.23.150. The correspondence was
read by the assembly members. Mr. Peotter moved for adoption of
Resolution #77 -67 -R. Seconded by Mrs. Kavanaugh. Mr. Logan asked if
there would be a change in the pay factor. Mr. Denslow explained this
would happen in some instances, such as an extended illness, not for
vacation time. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. Harry B.
Milligan, Planning Director, was designated as Acting Manager during
the absence or disability of the duly appointed Manager.
