CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Presiding Officer Betty Wallin
at 7:35 p.m. in the Borough Meeting Room, Borough Building, Kodiak,
Alaska.

The Clerk presented a listing of Challenged ballots - recommended
acceptance of 11 ballots and non acceptance of 3. Dr. Emmick moved
to acce •t the recommended challen ed listin• as •resente , seconded

Ba lots were runted: Mr. Ba Mr. Craig received 5,
Mr. Sutliff received one and Mr. R. A. Jones also received one vote.
B. Resolution No. 75 -43 -R Ratif in the Results of the November 24,
1975, Runo E act on rea in u • y the Presiding 0 cer, noting
a Mr. Ro yn Ba received a total of 401 votes and Mr. Robert Crai
received a total of 501 votes for Mayor and declaring Mr. Robert Craic
as the newly elected Mayor for the Kodiak Island Borough. The staff
was instructed to inser the two write in votes just counted.
