CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ross Wood at 8:05 p.m.
in the Borough Meeting Room, Borough Building, Kodiak, Alaska.

Dr. Michael Cathey Sven Haakanson (unexcused)
Wilton T. White Alex Panamaroff, Jr. (unexcused)
Nicholas Pestrikoff (unexcused)
Mr. Wood noted that due to a lack of a quorum there would be no
meeting. Further all pressing matters of business would be discussed
with the members present and administrative action taken. All other
Items of business will be taken up at the next regularly scheduled meeting of
February 6, 1975.
