CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Presiding Officer, Mr. Charles Powell,
at 6:35 p.m. in the Meeting Room of the Kodiak Borough Office Building.

Mr. Fred Brechan
Also present was Phil Abel of E. F. Hutton and Mr. Forrest Walls.
III PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Second Reading and Public Hearing on Ordinance 74 -41 -0 -
Rescheduled Refunding of 1974 General Obligation Bonds - Mrs. Wallin
moved for adoption of Ordinance 74 -41 -0. Seconded by Mr. Anderson
Mr. Powell closed the regular meeting and opened the public hearing.
Mr. Brechan asked if any other Borough has done advanced refunding
on their bonds. Mr. Walls stated that the Matinuska - Susitina Borough
is in the process of refunding and that the Kenai and Ketchikan Borough's
have gone through advanced refunding. Mr. Powell asked if the Kodiak
Borough met all the criteria in this advanced refunding. Mr. Walls stated
that we did. Mr. Powell closed the public hearing and reconvened the
regular meeting. Motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. Mr. Powell
stated that there were some changes to be made to the ordinance and if
Mr. Brechan had no objections, they will be read and incorporated into the
ordinance. Mr. Brechan so moved seconded by Mrs. Wallin. Motion passed
by unanimous roll call vote. The Chairman noted that the question is now
on the Ordinance as amended and asked if the Assembly was ready for
the question. Question called, motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
