SPECIAL BOROUGH ASSEMBLY MEETING

I CALL TOORDER
A. The meeting was called to order, by Acting Presiding
Officer, Mr. Ross Wood, at 2:2u P.M., in the
Borough Office of the Donnelly Building.
II ROLL CALL
PRESENT

Mr. Ross Wood, Acting Presiding Officer
Mr. Brechan
Mr. Nelson
III PURPOSE OF MEETING
A. To pass Emergency Ordinance 72 -24 -E0 - Authorizing
the Borough Chairman and Borough Clerk to
obtain a loan of $65,000.00 from the National
Bank of Alaska for the interim financing to
meet payments for the Ouzinkie School Project.
Mr. Nelson asked about Section 2 of the
Ordinance, if the PL 815 funds did not arrive
within ninety days, how would we go about
paying back the loan. Mr. White stated that
we would have to probably pass another Emergency
Ordinance to extend the loan. Mr. Brechan
moved for the acceptance of Emergency Ordinance
72- 24 -EO. Seconded by tor. Nelson. Motion
passed by unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
A. The meeting was adjourned at 2:25 P.M.
