The following Challenged Oaths were reviewed individually
and each ballot was disqualified due to reasons stated
by the judges; due to lack of evidence in registering;
or failure to register in time. Mr. Sims moved to deny
counting each ballot. Seconded by 'Ir. Brechan. Motion
passed by unanimous roll call vote.
RESULTS OF CHALLENGED BALLOTS
V RATIFICATION OF ELECTION
Mr. Sims read Resolution 72 -45 -R; Ratification of October
3, 1972 Election. Mr. Brechan moved for the adoption
of Resolution 72- 45 -R Seconded by Mr. Sims. Question
was called for; motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.

The Oath of Office was given to Mr. Dennis Nelson, by Norma
Holt, Acting Borough Clerk.
