at 10:10 a.m. in the Borough Offices, Donnelly Bldg., Kodiak, Alaska

2nd Reading and Public Hearing of Ordinance No. 70-8 -0 Authorizing
S El ection.
The Ordinance was read in full by the Borough Chairman. GIr. Naughton
moved for approval of Ordinance No. 70 -8 -0, seconded by P1r. Sutliff.
The Special I.leeting was recessed by the Presiding Officer and the
Public Hearing was opened. There being no comments from the public,
the public hearing was closed and the special meeting reopened.
The question was called for and motion passed by unanimous roll call vote.
