T. Jackson To pass an Resolution 70 -13 -A. It was read in full by the Borough Clerk. Mr. Grafe explained that the Agreement is basically the sans as last year's. The new owners did not abject to the assessed value and payment will be by HUD for period of 1 January 1970 through 31 May 1970 based an present assessed evaluation. Mr. Sutliff moved to Resolution 70-13-R and Mr. Arndt seconded it. It was brought out that die assessment value is on an individual house aassisa rather than the project as a whole. The question was called for. Roll was called and Resolution 70 -13 -R was passed unanimously. A. Mr. Sutliff asked if anyone knew who awned the land the Teen Club occupies. It is fought that the City of Kodiak does, but the Borough records will be checked. B. Mr. Jadrson mentioned that the school is having a problem with the wooded area behind the National Guard Armory. The records will be checked to see who sans the land. It was suggested that the trees be cut dawn and the cleared land utilized. C. tor. Jadcaat mentioned that there will be a meeting held in Anchorage an Jme 3, 4 and 5 concerning pollution. In sane areas the state has to approve all sanitation facilities, and it has felt that saieahe should represent the Borough at the meeting. A deck will be it to see if there will be a city representative in attendance. Fir. Sutliff pointed out that the city and Borough have applied for a pilot program for sewage. This is the first of this type in the state. The funds are being determined on an area-wide basis rather than as separate units.
