III ITEM OF BUSINESS
Adoption of c.,r; °_1 Ordinance 68 -8 -EO, authorizing the loan of $38,093.00 from
the National Bank of Alaska to the School Board Account, to be repaid within 90
days, and declaring an emergency, and approving Ordinance 68 -10-0 in first reading.
C dinance 68-8E0 was read by the Clerk/Treasurer. P. Bullock moved for the
adoption of Ordinance 68 -8 -LO, Mrs. Springhill seconded, and the motion carried
unanimously by roll call vote. Ordinance 68-10-0, .:exttn iry the purpose of the emer-
gency ordinance, was read by the Clerk/Treasurer. Mr. Bullock moved for adoption
of Ordinance 68 -10 -0 in first reading, Mr. Arndt seconded, and roll call vote was
unanimously favarable.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
