The meeting was held at 9:00 a.m. on May 3, 1967, for the purpose of discussing
Bells Flats and Port Lions with representatives from the State Division of Lands.
There was no quorum present, so no formal action could be taken.

A. Bells Flats. It was agreed to plan for as many road accessible lots as
possible in the subdivision layouts. The aggregate situation for contractors
was also discussed.
B. Port Lions. The State will conduct a survey of the extension within the
platted City Limits. The sale money received for these lots will revert to
the State.
