I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order in the •agistrate's Courtroom, Donnelley Building,
Kodiak, Alaska, by Acting Presiding Officer Norman Sutliff at 7:30 p.m. The call
of special meeting was read.

III Adoption of Emergency Ordinance 0o. o6 18 -LO Authorizing Issuance of Bond Anticipation
Notes in the Amount of $750,000
Emergency Ordinance was read by the Clerk /Treasurer, with copies being distributed to
those present. Mr. Brechan moved to adopt the Ordinance, No. 66- 1b -EO, as read, and
that a summary of the same be published as required by law. notion seconded by hrs.
liajdu. There was no discussion. The Clerk was directed to call the roll. The
motion was carried by unanimous roll call vote as follows:

IV First Reading of Ordinance No. 66 -19 -0 Authorizing Issuance of Bond Anticipation
Notes in the Amount of $750,000
The Ordinance was read by the Clerk /Treasurer. hrs. Lajdu moved for adoption of
the Ordinance, No. 66 -19 -0, as read, and that the same be advanced to second reading
and a public hearing be held thereon on the regular meeting of the Assembly to be
held on August 18, 1966, and that notice of public hearing thereon be given as
required by law. Notion seconded by Er. Brechan. The Clerk was directed to call
the roll. The motion was carried by unanimous roll call vote as follows:
