The meeting was called to order by Presiding Officer Russell Wright at 7:55 p,m. in the
Courtroom.

Letter from Joe Keenan regarding USS 3469.
Letter from Roscoe Bell asking approval of joint meeting of P Z
with the State Division of Lands on March 23. All of the action
meeting was approved by the Assembly.
Letter from L.T. Main regarding the easement on the southwesterly
which is the land that Kodiak Airways is acquiring
Chairman Powell aslo reported the hiring of Wally Sleness as Borough Clerk effective
April 1, 1965.

The second reading of Ordinance 65 -3 was held. Assemblyman White moved for adoption
as read. Seconded by Assemblyman Pace and passed unanimously on roll call vote.
The public hearing on Ordinance 65 -2, Trailer Park Ordinance, was held. After a
general discussion, Assemblyman Pace moved for adoption of the Ordinance with no
changes. Seconded by Assemblyman Perez and passed unanimously on roll call vote.
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
