KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
SPECIAL MEETING - MARCH 13, 1965
The meeting was called to order by Presiding Office Russell Wright at 10:15 a.m.

Also present: Chairman Powell and Attorney Madsen
Tony Perez was sworn in as Assemblyman by Chairman Powell, acting Borough Clerk.
The purpose of the special meeting was to approve by Resolution 65 -2 the sale
of a Bond by the School to the Purchaser of $500,000 Bond issue by the National
Bank of Alaska.
Assemblyman Pace moved that Resolution 65 -2 be accepted as read. Seconded by
Assemblyman Brechan. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:25 a.m.
