12/22/1964 SMKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 22, 1964
The meeting was called to order by co- presiding officer Wilton White at 2:10 p.m.
PRESENT ABSENT
Fred Brechan Pace
Wilton White Wright
Harold Alexander
Also present: Chairman Powell, Assessor Fremlin and Mr. Jerry Mulenos.
Mr. Mulenos was asked to present his IBM contract proposal and to explain the services
his Company (Business Service Bureau) provides.
After the presentation, Mr. Mulenos was questioned by all Assemblymen present with
particular attention being given to costs involved. The addition of the personal property
tax roll came under discussion and Mr. Mulenos stated that he could not give exact quotes
on price until the Borough knew how many returns are involved.
Assemblyman Brechan moved that the Kodiak Island Borough accept the 2 year contract as
proposed by the Business Service Bureau with adjustments to be made on cost of
the personal property roll.
The motion was seconded by Assemblyman Alexander and a voice vote carried this motion
unanimously.
There being no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 3:10 p.m.
