Chairman "Powell read a letter from Ron Cease stating that under house Bill
386 and 'house Bill 438 that loans would le granted to Kenai, the Eatanuska
Valley, and Kodiak; the amount alloted for Kodiak was $50,00e.
A general disLussion followed regardirg tne revenue in-ame for the Borough,
oarticularly te 2o ra fi sh. tax anb 105 of w: the it ollects in sales
tax.

Chairman Powell read a letter from Roscoe Bell regarding the tax rolls. He
stated that the Borough would write Mr. Bell repuesting morp information as
this would save the Eorcuh an immense amount of time in readying the tax
rolls.

Chairman Powell brought up the mattor of re-ehaluating taxable property.
