The matter of retaining an engineer was discussed. It was agreed.
that the Borough . hire an engineer "en needed and not retain
any particular engineer.

Chairman »owell stated he had written Roscoe Bell, Director of
Di . isior. of Lands, regarding tee auction to be held on state lards,
requesting a delay of tee auction until the first ten days of May.
