A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPRQV-
ING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF BLOCKS 2, 11, and 14 and
ALL OF BLOCKS 12 and 13, AKHIOK TOWNSITE, USS 4926 AK (CITY OF AKHIOK).
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by Horace
Simmons on behalf of the City of Akhiok, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval o=
said final plat on October 19, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Horace Simmons as
shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, dated
October 5, 1977, and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open
spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
