APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION OF TRACT "F" AND SUBDIVISION OF A
PORTION OF TRACT "E ", OLD HARBOR TOWNSITE, USS 4793, ALASKA (CITY OF OLD
HARBOR)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptance for all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by Hcrace
Simmons on behalf of the City of Old Harbor, and
WHEREAS, The planning and Zoning Commission granted approval of
said final plat October 19, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Horace Simmoms as
shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, dated
September 27, 1977, and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open
spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
