ING THE FINAL PLAT FOR KARLUK SUBDIVISION BLOCK 1, LOTS 1 THRU 16 WITHIN
PROCTACTED SECTIONS 17 & 20, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH RANGE 32 WEST S.M. (VILLAGE
OF KARLUK)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by
the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by Horace
Simmons, on behalf of the Village of Karluk, and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval of
said final plat on October 19, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Horace Simmons as
shown on the plat prepared by Roy E. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
dated September 27, 1977, and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other
open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
