A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPR
THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED STREET BETWEEN
1 & 4 OF USS 3099 (KEPLINGER & LARION0Jb).
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of •rdi-
nances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by t
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the accep-
tance of all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces dedicated o
public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by Mark
Keplinger and Peter Larionoff, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted approval of
said final plat on September 21, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Mark Keplinger and
Peter Larionoff as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registe :d
Land Surveyor, dated August 27, 1977 and that all streets, alleys, easeme is
and other open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
