RESOLUTION NO. 77 -39 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH WHICH SETS TAX DUE DATES AND DELINQUENT DATES
FOR THE 1977 SUPPLEMENTAL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE
IN 1977.
WHEREAS, Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One, Section 5 -N
the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions of the Kodiak Island
Borough provides that all duties imposed on the Assessor with
respect to the annual assessment roll and all provisions of th
sub - chapter relating to assessment roll, shall as far as appli
apply to supplementary rolls, and,
WHEREAS, the dates set forth in Chapter Three, Sub -
Chapter One, Section 4 -A of the Code of Ordinances and Resolut
are not applicable to the Supplemental Real and Personal Prope
Tax Roll,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1977 Supplemental
Real and Personal Property Tax Due and Delinquent Dates are
hereby established as follows:
First Half Installment Due October 15, 1977
First Half Delinquent
Second Half Installment Due December 15, 1977
Second Half Delinquent
