A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
DESIGNATING INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE NEGOTIABLE
INSTRUMENTS FOR THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH.
WHEREAS, Chapter 2 of the Borough Code of Ordinances and
Resolutions has established those positions authorized to sig
negotiable instruments, and,
WHEREAS, individuals holding those positions change
periodically, and such change having occurred,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
individuals are hereby authorized to sign checks and negotiab
contracts for the Kodiak Island Borough:
Borough Mayor, S. Wayne Kotula
Borough Clerk - Treasurer, Shirley Miller
Presiding Officer, James E. Peotter
Deputy Presiding Officer, Dr. Michael H. Emmick
