A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO
GRANT A TWENTY FOOT (20') BY THREE HUNDRED FOOT (300') EASEMENT
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A PRESSURE VEIN SEWER LINE

WHEREAS, a sewer line is to be constructed from the
housing development located in Russell Estates, USS by Mr
Lee Russell to the trunk line at Mill Bay Road, id

WHEREAS, an easement is required alo g the common boundar
between USS 1396 and USS 3468 running par lel in a northwesterly
direction from the pad in front of the yodiak Western hanger
located on Tract A, USS 3468, twenty feet (20') in width and
approximately three hundred feet ( 00') in length,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE,S�OLVED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that a twentyrfoot (20') by three hundred foo
(300') easement running par lel along the common boundary bet een
USS 1396 and USS 3468 in northwesterly direction from the pa in
front of the Kodiak Wes hanger located on Tract A, USS 346 be
granted to Lee Russel for the purpose of constructing a press re
vein sewer line, usi g a twelve inch (12 ") or ten inch (10 ") mein,
consistent with the city existing sewer line, and
BE IT F "THER RESOLVED that prior to construction a copy
of area surve . a registered surveyer showing the sewer line in
relation to - road shown on the Comprehensive Plan and that
waiver stat nt freeing the borough from any liabilities incu red
both to p on and property during the period of construction e
