THE FINAL PLAT FOR SUBDIVISION OF LOT 4, BLOCK 3, RFT,TS FLATS ALASKA (R. G. YORK)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acce;'t-
tances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces dedica
to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by R. G. ORK,
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission granted approval of sal
final plat on March 16, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough As ly
grant approval to the final plat presented by R. G. YORK as shown on the pl.:t
prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 25, 19 7
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on the
same plat are hereby accepted.
