RESOLUTION NO. 77 -16 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPROVING
THE FINAL PLAT FOR SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1 & 2, BLACK 6, MILLER POINT SUBDIVISION
FIRST ADDITION, KODIAK,, ALASKA (Dewitt Fields).
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the accept-
ances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by DEWITT
FIELDS, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission granted approval of said
final plat on March 16, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembl:
grant approval to the final plat presented by DEWTIT FIELDS as showh on the plat
prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 3, 1977 and
that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on the same
plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 7 DAY OF April 1977.
