THE FINAL PLAT FOR SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 6, 7 and 8 CRESTVIEW SUBDIVISION USS 3218
(Mike Rasmussen and Gary Roberts).
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by
Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acce•t-
ances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces dedica
to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by MIKE
RASMUSSEN AND GARY ROBERTS, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission granted approval of sal
final plat on March 16,1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by MIKE RASMUSSEN and
GARY ROBERTS as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered L. d
Surveyor, dated February 8, 1977 and that all streets, alleys, easements,
other open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
