A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, MI LER
POINT ALASKA SUBDIVISION (David W. & Rita R. Dieter and Davis J.
and Bettina L. Witteveen)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough
Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a fi
plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by resolution,
which resolution shall provide for the acceptances of all streets,
alleys, and easements, and other open spaces dedicated to pub is
purposes, and,
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approv.1
by DAVID W. & RITA R. DIETER and DAVID J. & BETTINA L. WITTEV EN,
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Conmission granted
approval of said final plat on February 16, 1977,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented b
David W. & Rita R. Dieter and David J. & Bettina L. Witteveen as
shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land
Surveyor, dated February 4, 1977, and that all streets, alley
easements and other open spaces shown on the same plat are he.eby
accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Asse bly
