A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION OF LOTS 1
AND 2, BLOCK 30, EAST ADDITION, U. S. SURVEY NO. 2538 -B, REP AT
TO LOTS lA AND 2A, BLOCK 30, EAST ADDITION, U. S. SURVEY

WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Boroug
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final pla
shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by resolution, whi
resolution shall provide for the acceptances of all streets,
alleys and easements, and other open spaces dedicated to pub is
purposes, and,
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for appro
by JAMES A. AND ARLENE BREDEHOP, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Comthission granted
approval of said final plat on February 16, 1977,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented b
James A. & Arlene Bredehop as shown on the plat prepared by
Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor dated January 13, 1977,
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open space
shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
