A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR SUBDIVISION OF RUSSELL
ESTATES, 3d ADDITION, A PORTION OF USS 1396. (L. L. Russell)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code o
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by
the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for th
acceptances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces
dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by
L. L. RUSSELL, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission granted approval
of said final plat on January 19, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by L. L. RUSS LL
as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Survey'r„
dated December 8, 1976, and that all streets, alleys, easements and other o en
spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
